Ambassador - $10,000	Includes recognition as event ambassador, acknowledgement in event program, premier placement of name/company logo on event advertising and Friends for Life website, 2 tables for 10 at event and 50 complimentary raffle tickets.
Benefactor - $5,000	Includes recognition as event benefactor, acknowledgement in event program, placement of name/company logo on event advertising and Friends for Life website, 15 event reservations and 25 complimentary raffle tickets.
Supporter - $2,500	Includes acknowledgement in event program, name/company logo on Friends for Life website, 10 reservations to event and 15 complimentary raffle tickets.
Contributor - $1,000	Includes acknowledgement in event program, 5 reservations to event and 10 complimentary raffle tickets.
Friend - $500	Includes acknowledgement in event program, 2 reservations to event and 5 complimentary raffle tickets.
