She holds a degree in pharmacy and has studied many different healing
modalities. As a healer, teacher and inspirational speaker she has a
mission to connect everyone to the magnificence of their being and vibrate
with the love and light they are.
Meditation is one of the most powerful tools for mental, emotional,
physical and spiritual well being. Research shows some of the benefits of
Meditation as:
§ Deep relaxation
§ More energy
§ Decreased anxiety
§ Heightened immunity
§ Pain control
§ Stress reduction
§ Self expansion and growth
There are many different ways to meditate. Let’s get together with Tildet
to explore them so that we can find the ones that work best for us. As we
develop our own meditation program we will be able to track the benefits.
Another tool to add to our treasure chest to help us to live a life of
wellness, gratitude, joy and love.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
