Our site's optional Mailing List and Membership/Questionnaire Form collects information that will allow visitors to provide optional information about their personal situation and experiences. The goal is to keep you informed of news and developments related to breast cancer and to put you in touch with others who may be able to provide the best support through their own experiences.

Mailing List subscribers may opt-out of all mailings at any time by visiting the Mailing List page: www.FriendsForLifeFoundation.org/mailinglist.html.  Simply fill in the email address to be removed and check off Unsubscribe. To prevent false unsubscribes, you will receive a confirmation link to complete the process and will receive final notification that your email address has been removed. This is the process required by our mailing list manager.

We do not and will not sell, rent ,or share our mailing list with outside parties.
